Hey Riley, Kurtus here, when does your band have a show?

yeah we just had a show, on the 10th with Kiros, and we're trying to sign up for that Hey Punk II thing at the college, but our next show is with unreasonably doubted and a couple other bands. we have the ucc independant center booked for april 4th but thats a monday so we're going to move it i think, but i'll get all the info up when i have it

looks like we're trying for the friday..umm aril 15th or 16th...whichever is friday. then we're going to logan lake for a show the next day

Nice, I always have much more respect for someone's musical opinions when they are accepting of a variety of stuff. (no offense riley )

Personally, I keep my list of favorites pretty tight. There are tons of bands I like, but only a few that I consider favorites. In my mind, these are pretty much on a level of their own:

This is an awsome 3-piece from Cincinnati, Ohio. You should check them out. They're different from just about anything, so I can't say you'll like them for sure, but definately give them a shot.

2: Electric Eel Shock - Go Roskilde "The Bootleg DVD" --- www.electriceelshock.com

These guys are definately lacking in the sanity and english departments (they sing in english, but they keep it pretty simple), but if you want to see a crazy show by some absolutely nutted out japanese guys playing fierce metal, don't miss an opportunity so see them. They did an absolutely killer cover of iron man that had it firing at about double the speed as normal with some awsome guitar work.

Oh, almost forgot to mention their drummer wears nothing but a sock, Chili Peppers style.
